Our drivers speak multiple languages and look back on years of experience driving our vehicles. Due to internal and external training on the levels of security, driving skills, safety (among the New Driving rules) in our touring cars, Fun Cars guarantees a high level of knowledge and service for its drivers, hosts and guests.

Code 95

Not only are our drivers professional drivers, they also are Code 95 certified. The European Union will have professional drivers (freight and passenger) who live in the EU and / or work must meet these qualifications. Europe therefore wants to increase road safety. Concretely, this legislation means that every professional truck and coach driver (in addition to the ordinary driving license) must be able to present a certificate of professional competence, referred to as Code 95 on the license. This certificate of competence must be renewed every five years. Every five years, professional drivers must attend 35 hours of training. All drivers remain in control professional with a vehicle for cargo and passengers should ride so each year one day training (7 hours) follow (or 5 refresher courses each lasting seven hours in a period of 5 years). Fun Cars and the environment

Buses and coaches are the cleanest and most carbon-efficient mode of transport of the moment. By encouraging people to move by bus and coach, we could significantly limit our negative environmental impact. According to the American Union of Concerned Scientists our ecological footprint is the smallest when we all choose transport by bus or coach. Data shows that coaches emissions per passenger kilometer is 0.03kg CO². That emit is half of what trains produce and considerably less than the emissions from cars (0.11) and airplanes (0.18).

1 coach can replace 30 cars

In calculations of the FOD Mobility and Transport a passenger car drives about 15,000 km a year and they emit around 2.8 tonnes of CO². A bus or coach is much more efficient and can be replaced in relation to 30 cars in order to achieve a similar emissions. Our vehicles meet even more stringent emission standards than imposed where we can replace more cars with our coaches in similar tests.
